Reachout to Africa UK (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales (Charity Number:1215601).
We accept donations to support our charitable purposes.

2. Making a Donation

All donations are voluntary.

By making a donation, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

3. Use of Donations

Donations will be used to further our charitable purposes, as set out in our governing document.

Unless a donation is clearly restricted to a specific purpose, we may use funds where they are most needed to support our work.

All funds are applied in accordance with charity law and Charity Commission guidance.
4. Refunds and Cancellations

Donations are normally non‑refundable.

If a donation has been made in error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will consider refund requests on a case‑by‑case basis.

Regular donations can be cancelled at any time via your payment provider or by contacting us.
5. Payment Processing

We do not store your full card or bank details.

Your donation may also be subject to the payment provider’s own terms and conditions.
6. Gift Aid

As a registered charity, we may be able to claim Gift Aid on your donation.

you understand that you must pay at least as much Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the tax year as the amount of Gift Aid claimed on your donations.
